Rebelski // Thanks For Your Thoughts

A composer and recording artist in his own right, Martin Roman Rebelski is also the unofficial fourth member of Doves, contributing keyboards to their recorded output and on tour with them since 1998. Rebelski's history with Doves began when the band was in need of a keyboard player during the recording sessions for their third release Here It Comes on the Casino label. During the 2000 tour in support of Doves' Lost Souls album, Heavenly Recordings boss Jeff Barrett encouraged Rebelski to begin writing and recording his own material – resulting in this beautiful work of Eno/Reich-inspired ambient instrumentals called Thanks For Your Thoughts, originally released in the UK on Heavenly in 2003.
